The twin-turbo V8 super-SUV — supercar pace, all-weather usability.

This 2021 Lamborghini Urus, finished in black, is the collection’s everyday weapon: the world’s first true “super-SUV.” Beneath its razor-edged bodywork sits a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing roughly 641 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque, sent through an eight-speed automatic and a permanent all-wheel-drive system. The result is genuinely savage performance for a five-seat SUV — 0–60 mph in about 3.5 seconds and a top speed near 190 mph, figures that shame most sports cars while seating the family in comfort.

What sets the Urus apart is breadth. Active air suspension, torque vectoring, rear-wheel steering and carbon-ceramic brakes let it switch from a supple highway cruiser to a corner-carving back-road tool, while its ANIMA drive-mode selector adds Neve (snow), Terra and Sabbia settings that make it genuinely capable in conditions — like the High Sierra snow pictured here — that would strand a conventional exotic. For KR Racing it is the all-weather grand tourer and support vehicle, equally at home hauling gear to a track weekend or covering long distances between the historic events. It was delivered new from Lamborghini Newport Beach in August 2021.
