The California Festival of Speed at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana is the largest Porsche event in the American southwest — a club-racing weekend run under the Porsche Owners Club and Porsche Club of America banners that fills the Fontana road course with GT and Cup machinery.

Alexander raced the Porsche 997 GT3 R (No. 14) with Flying Lizard Motorsports across three sprints — P3 overall, then P2 overall, then a P1 overall — winning the GTA2 class in all three, and was honoured with the event’s Worker’s Choice Award.
