Open-wheel Formula 3 racing in the Sonoma wine country.

Formula 3 is one of the classic proving grounds of single-seater motorsport — light, aerodynamic open-wheel cars that reward precision, bravery and commitment. The races are run at Sonoma Raceway, the demanding 2.5-mile road course set in the hills of California’s wine country and one of the most technical circuits in North America.

Alexander raced a Formula 3 single-seater at Sonoma Raceway on 16–17 August 2017 — a sharp contrast to the GT and rally machinery elsewhere in the programme, and a return to the open-wheel discipline at the root of the sport.
