“The most beautiful race in the world” — the 1000-mile Italian classic.

The Mille Miglia is the modern revival of the legendary 1000-mile road race, run as a regularity rally for the kind of cars eligible for the original 1927–1957 event. The 2024 edition set off from Brescia in June, running the length of the country down to Rome and back over four days, in front of huge roadside crowds.

Alexander and Laura took part in a 1947 Fiat Stella Alpina “Beretta” (No. 135) with Brescia Classic Cars, completing the 2024 Mille Miglia. The same car also contested the 7th Roberto Gaburri Trophy in Brescia a few days earlier.
